Due to limited availability and to ensure fairness and efficiency, all bookings are pre-paid and subject to the following terms:
Requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup:
Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability. If a vehicle is available, a rescheduling surcharge of ¥5,000 will apply. If no vehicle is available, the booking will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup:
Rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
A reservation will be considered a no-show if:
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Airport Pickups:
A 45-minute grace period is provided from the confirmed flight arrival time. After this period, a waiting fee of [X] yen per 15-minute increment will apply.
Non-Airport Pickups:
A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, a waiting fee of [X] yen per 15-minute increment will apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), Japan Driver reserves the right to:

Submission:
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Customer Service.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Charges:
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
